In advance of the show, notice of an upcoming show will be sent to all participating TAG vendors. At that time, all forms will be available by clicking the "Downloads" tab at the top of the screen. Deadlines for all forms and booth payment will be clearly marked.
Booth Information
The standard exhibitor booth cost is $1,200.00 per booth. The booth area includes a 6' skirted table and 2 chairs. The size of each booth is approximately 10'x10' and you can orders multiple booth spaces to accommodate your needs. If you are bringing your own booth, please indicate this on the registration form. The registration form, badge form, Program and/or Show Stopper forms need to be sent directly to the TAG office along with all booth payments.
Completing Program Forms
In advance of the show, vendor programs are copied and indexed by vendor and upon completion, all the information is compiled into a buying book for each dealer. The cost to copy and collate all program forms is included in your exhibit fee. It is imperative that your information is legible and that all product information is complete.
We require one copy of your TAG program form, Show Special form and P.I.P form. If you would like for us to include small catalogs, price sheets, ad slicks or other promotional material in the Dealer Buying Books, you will need to send 85 copies of each to the TAG office. If your catalog is more than 25-30 pages in length we will require that it is hole punched.
